silvermagic.in holds the responsibility to replace or refund for the damaged product if found, though it takes the utmost care while packing and shipping the product perfectly till it reaches the customer. Customers should inform about the damaged goods within 24 hours after receiving the shipment thereafter the claims cannot be entertained.

The refund for any cancelled/return order is processed within 48-hours of receiving back an order and its qualification through the Silver Magic return approval process. The refund amount is then credited to the source account within the next 7 business days.
